What type of support do you offer?

We have a wicked helpdesk who are on hand to help you and your suppliers Monday to Friday. With online ticketing and telephone support, we have all bases covered.
We have also created some handy help videos and guides. These can be found in the software and are available to everyone.

How many events can I run/Contracts can I store?

Our professional pricing option lets you run unlimited event and save as many contracts as you want.

Can I add users?

Yes, we are a flexible bunch so if you find you need to scale up and add more users, that’s no problem. Just contact us, and we’ll do the rest.
